The top floor studio apartment with terrace and elevator is only 20 meters far from Cavour Subway.The studio is located 3 minutes far from the Coliseum and 10 minutes walking far from Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. It is located at the 4th floor with elevator of a building of 900' century. The flat is provided by a lovely green terrace with a table, four chairs, a big umbrella and a nice view of the roofs. Inside you can find a regular double bed, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, air conditioning/heating, washing machine, TV /cable,free wifi internet access, linens, towels.
Baby crib on request is 10.00 euro per night.
Electricty and gas for period over 4 nights are not included. The final cost of the elctricity will be calculated on the base of real consume.

Michele responded quickly to all communications. He addressed all issues and made sure we were comfortable. The apartment facilities were exactly like those in the photographs. The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was steps away from Cavour station, super markets (go to Super Elite on Cavour St.) and two blocks away from the Imperial Forum/Colosseum. What was not disclosed on the Airbnb website but is important to note, is the antiquated electrical system of the apartment building. Michele sent me an email about this once we arrived. We could only run three appliances at a time before the electricity would go out and we'd have to go to the basement to switch on the circuit breakers. It was more of a nuisance than a true problem.
Ciao Gloria, thanks to your nice review. Your complain surprised me because actually you are the first person that run into this problem. Please check my previous reviews. I would like to be clear concerning the issue about the electric system. First of all it is legal guarantee and not antiquated as you said. Secondly the nuisance happened because you overload the system using together air conditioning, oven, washing machine, boiler. All the properties located in the city centre must respect a limit of consume imposed by the la w of the Council of Rome. Once you go over the limit, the system turn it off. The trick is to pay a little bit of attention and everything is functional as it always is.

This is the second time we stay in Michele's Apartment, and we still love it. The location is perfect, and the terrace is amazing. Highly recommended.
Michele could not have been more accommodating and gracious as a host! His flat was perfect and the outdoor terrace was spectacular. It is exactly as pictured and described. Breakfast and afternoon treats were enjoyed everyday out on the terrace. The location was perfect, between the close proximity of the metro and the pedestrian area at the forum made it great for running and getting around the city! Michele's knowledge of the area and recommendations were spot on ! We will stay here for sure next time and will recommend to our friends
Overall, a decent place to stay in Rome. Literally less than 10 min to the Colosseum, 15 min to the Trevi fountain and about 1 min to the Cavour train stop. Having the washing machine is key and there's a drying rack and iron provided. Safe neighborhood, with tons of bars/restaurants, so there's always people around. I think we are the only people to have communication issues with Michele, since he did not let us know he would not be available on the day of our arrival but in the end it worked out fine. For the price, definitely worth it.

Michele, thank you for an incredible stay in your flat in a Monti! This flat has everything you will need for a comfortable stay in Rome. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area with double bed. And the huge terrace is definitely the best part. We spent happy mornings and evenings relaxing on the terrace.
