Michele's flat was everything as advertised. The location was great. One metro stop and a very short walk away from the Termini Railway station AND a very short walk to the Colusseum, Forum and Palantine Hill. The area was busy with tourists and locals, just what we were looking for. There were many choice for places to eat of get a drink. There was a great cafe right by the Cavour metro stop to get your morning off to the right start. Some people complained about noise on previous reviews but we found that it fine after 10-11 pm. The flat was clean and well appointed. The terrace was a great bonus. Michele was quick to respond prior to and during our stay. We were well advised on everything to do with the flat prior to our arrival and during our arrival meeting with Mrs. Joan. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to any couple looking for t
We loved our studio apt. It was clean, close to all the sites in Rome and the metro and a great price. Lovely to have a rooftop terrace to relax on after long days on our feet. Michele was very helpful in suggesting excellent restaurants and general information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome and this apt. was a little oasisl
This was my 2nd stay at Michele's magical studio. The first time I stayed for 1 week and I came back for 1 month. I can't wait for my 3rd visit!
I can't imagine a better place for 1-2 people to stay in Rome. It is small, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is in a perfect location with everything you could possibly need within an easy walk. The Cavour Metro stop is next door and all of the sights you could want to see are minutes away.
My favorite thing is the large terrace, which has great views. It was perfectly clean when I arrived. The bed is very comfortable and everything works perfectly. It's great (and I think unusual) to have an elevator in this part of town.
Michele is a great host and very responsive if you need anything.
I will DEFINITELY stay here again and would recommend this without hesitation to all my friends.
We really enjoyed our stay in Michele's flat in Monti. It is small but very charming and well equipped (and the bed is super comfy!), we felt at home! We really enjoyed staying in Monti, it's so central that you can walk everywhere but somehow it is not too touristy. We loved being able to pop back to the flat during the day, get some food from the local shops and enjoy our lunch on the rooftop terrace! The area is also packed with good restaurants and bars so you are spoilt for choice to go out in the evening.
We did not get to meet Michele during our stay in Rome but communication was super easy and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay there again.
Stephanie was my guess in one of my NiceFlatInRome, I did not meet her but we did not have problems in communication at all, I found the flat clean and she took care of the property. She is a very good customer to recommend. Thank you Stephanie and see you soon in Rome again. When ever you want to come back it will be my pleasure to have you again in one of my NiceFlatInRome.
Michele hosted us in a very nice way, the place was great, in a very nice neighbourhood, 5m away from the metro and very close to all the tourist attractions, but our area was very authentic, we had a great time, gracie!
A wonderful host. Michele was very welcoming. He was also very thorough and clear on how the house was organised. He was very helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

About the Host, Michele
My family is in Tourism business since 1968 and our passion is still strong.
My goal is to improve year by year my services and to collaborate with all our customers to better organize their journey in the properties located in the heart of Rome.
The difference between me and my competitor is the seriously in business, the quality of the services, the kindness of my personnel, the availabilities in solving problems linked to the vacation in the flats.
My catchword is “ THE ART OF HOSPITALITY”
