Main floor living room is a sunken living room- 1 step down. Plenty of space for large groups with all the comforts of home with all the extras for entertainment such as a game room that includes: pool table, ping pong table, Foosball, air hockey and poker-table. Enjoy our large deck with 2 dining sets, gazebo and fire pit. Sauna / hot tub.

Home is located in a private setting with beautiful landscaped grounds, koi pond waterfall, gazebo, fire-pit, hot tub, sauna and exercise room with spacious game-room and great room with 65 inch TV. 5 TV in total. Wifi and Cable TV. 2 gas fireplaces.

Other things to note
We only rent to families or adult groups. Must be 25 years old. No Prom / Senior Week groups. No events without review and permission.
