Located on Jamaica’s south coast in the parish of St Elizabeth, Kotch is a beachfront villa nestled comfortably in the fishing village of Treasure Beach, known internationally for its community tourism and events such as Calabash Literary Festival and Jake’s Off-Road Triathlon.
Kotch provides respite from the humdrum, fast-paced and demanding world of work to all our visitors — from the luxury tourist to the experience-driven backpacker — with ocean views that relaxes the mind.

The space
The villa is outfitted with separate living and bedroom spaces, where natural wood accents including doors, windows, shutters and wicker furniture, amplifies the state of tranquillity and warmth felt by our visitors while staying at Kotch.

Guest access
A comfortable king-sized bed is the main feature of each bedroom, complemented by en suite bathrooms boasting glass-encased rainfall showers and bath towels stitched by Frette.
Leading to the balcony covered by natural wood pergola, the folding patio doors open to allow an indoor-outdoor feel, with the breeze from the Caribbean Sea inviting visitors to take a splash.
