We, seven people, drove a car from Germany border and stayed at Lia's place on our way to Cesky Krumlov. At first glance I felt the place a bit weird, with a lot of scattered garden ornaments ranging from a big elephant down to small gnoms. But our impression changed after we inspect inside of the place. Lia's apartment is cosy and meet any good hotel standard plus well functioning pot belly stove of the old days. Lia is exceptional friendly host and is more artist than business women. When I told her that we need something to eat there that late night, she cooked simple but delicious soup and noodle for us. When I ask for her dinner charge the following morning, she refused to take our money which of course was not acceptable for us to eat people's dinner for free. Altogether I rate Lia's place as a good place and rate Lia herself as the best host of our three-week-trip.

Hi, I'm lia. I live seven years in the czech republic, the country that had stolen my heart in the twenty years that I went on holiday. It's great! I am creative, I make mosaics and painting, and like working in my studio but also in and around our house to make this a special place of it, for ourselves and for our guests. Furthermore, I sell garden statues like budhas, fantasy, angels, ect
Our apartments are not only a source of income but also a hobby, it's very fun to do and more fun to get to know new people. I also love my animals.
