Stylishly renovated studio at the foot of Grands Montets, Argentière. Get fresh tracks from this conveniently located little place that has all you need to feel settled and cosy for your mountain getaway. It's just 11m2 but has a double-bed mezzanine and a clic-clack style convertible sofa bed- brand new for 2021/22. Cleverly organised for small-space living and super cute with a modern, arty feel. Wifi.

The space
A small but cleverly used space where you can relax, watch a film, cook your dinner, have a glass of wine and put your feet up in preparation for the following day on the mountain. The living area includes a convertible sofa bed for your friend, or if you prefer to sleep downstairs, chest of drawers and hangers, drying radiator and a foldable old school desk and chairs for eating your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The upstairs mezzanine means that the space can comfortably sleep 2 people (double bed on the mezzanine and the downstairs sofa bed). The kitchen has all you'd expect: small fridge, double hot plate, small oven/grill, sink and pots and pans etc. The bathroom has a macerator toilet and a hot shower.
The view from the window is onto the river flowing down from the famous Glacier d'Argentière and the Grands Montets ski area.
The surface area of 11m2 counts for the living area, kitchen and bathroom- the double bed being in the mezzanine sure helps to maximise the space!
Small storage space under the stairs (please enquire if you need more).

Access to the great outdoor universe that Chamonix is famous for. Just across the river is the legendary Grands Montets ski area. Argentiere's bars, cafes and restaurants and all transport links are right on the doorstep. Le Tour is another nearby ski area accessible via easy transport links. the other resorts down the valley are also easily reached by bus, train or car.

If you are coming to Chamonix, you must know what there is to love about this place. It's immensity knows no bounds. Argentiere, and especially this apartment block, is wonderfully placed for a ski holiday, you can't get a much more convenient location in the valley.

Transport by bus and train are on the doorstep and shared parking if you have a car. Ski/bike etc rental in Argentiere town.

The lift/elevator goes to the 3rd floor and the studio is located on the 4th so 1 floor must be walked.

Macerator toilet: NOTHING other than toilet paper (no paper towels, tissues or hygiene towels) may be put down the toilet. The macerator also requires the button on the seat to be pushed (sorry, no choice).

I've been coming to Chamonix since 2003 and now work as a snowboard instructor running Horsemouth Snowboarding. It's my favourite place to be, especially when the snow falls. I love to travel, play sports and have an interest in design, music and the arts. Although I believe we should live more outdoors, I think it's important to have a nice, cosy place to come back to, especially when it's cold outside!
