Its location is ideal for accessing every town in the Borders and only 1 hour drive to Edinburgh the capital and 20 minutes to Berwick upon Tweed. Everything you need is all close by and there is a golf course, fishing and shopping all walking distance. beaches only 15 min drive. Visit castles like Floors castle (15 mins) at Kelso, or Bamburgh Castle (30 mins) in Northumberland, Edinburgh castle (1 hour).
