This lovely townhouse is in the perfect location. It is close to supermarkets, health services, petrol stations, quality restaurants and cafes and is walking distance to the Light Rail.
The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry with both washer and dryer. It has a lovely outdoor area which is great to use on a warm day. The NBN has been setup and we have never had issues with its connection speed. There is 1 underground car space available to use.

The location of this property is fantastic. It's close to shops, restaurants and services and is not far from the airport and also the city. There is public transport handily available nearby.
