The Space

Location, location, location!
This position of this apartment would be hard to beat, it is so close to everything you want to see and must see and a quick walk home after short or long sightseeing during a day on your feet !

-Ferry terminal to islands Hvar,Brac,Korcula,Vis and Italy is 300 meters far away.

-Main bus terminal and train station are 300 meters far away too.

-Near apartment 50 meters is supermarket where you can buy wide range of food and drinks for breakfast or lunch

This is small studio apartment for 2 people with very fair price
20 metar square big but it has small separate kitchenette fully equiped, bathroom with shower and what is best of all you dont have to share with anyone.

You are alone there, with your own entrance and keys and you can feel how local people live at old part of Split .

The apartment is located in a historical authentic Dalmatian stone house 180 years old.

PARKING - free parking is possible for your car just in front of apartment but nobody can gurantee that - probably you will find a place like many locals do every day
Public parking is available only 100 m away at adress Bijankinijeva ulica no.2 - daily price 70 Kn or per hour 7 kn

Getting around

Very easy you can explore other non central areas of Split with local bus company "Promet" because bus station is 200 m away.

  • Staying at Vanda's apartment was great, she was very helpful when we got there and have us some great tips on what to do where to eat and drink. The apartment is small but more than enough space needed it is in a GREAT location so close to everything you need.

  • This apartment is in a great location. We spent our 3 days either at the beach or wandering through the old town and promenade, and were able to quickly dash back to the apartment to grab a jersy or forgotten wallet. You can use the hot plate to cook meals and the TV has many English speaking movie channels. Just bear in mind there is no wifi.

  • Vanda was an excellent host. I really appreciated her meeting me at the port and going over the city, attractions, and various spots to visit. Her apartment is really close to the main area in Split and that makes it really easy to get around. I would highly recommend this place.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights and it was a great apartment from which to explore Split. The location is wonderful, being so close to the Palace, the coach station and the ferries. Some great restaurants and a supermarket are within 100m, too! The flat itself had everything we needed and it was fun staying somewhere so quaint. Vanda (email hidden) and met us at the coach station. She told us recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and responded immediately when I texted with a question. She also provided lots of info, such as useful websites and a visitors' book to leave recommendations in (and read those written by past guests), as well as the history of the flat. We'd recommend this to anyone staying in Split!

  • This apartment is perfectly located for a stay in Split - 2 minutes from the old part of town. It is tiny but has everything you need if you are having a short stay and just need somewhere simple. Vanda is lovely and so accommodating - she was driving from Trogir the day we arrived so gave us a lift from the airport! very glad we found this place.

  • Vanda was an excellent hostess. She was very responsive. The apartment has a fantastic location a short walk from the Diocletian Palace, the beach, and the bus/train/ferry station.
And special thanks to Vanda for looking for my lost items.

  • What a fantastic little apartment! Just what we needed for our 3 days in Split. The apartment had everything you could need and the location is fantastic. All of Vanda's tips on restaurants and what to do around the city made our time so enjoyable. I would definitely stay in Vanda's apartment again.

  • Vanda met us as planned and was very informative about the area, things to do and places to eat. The apartment was very conveniently located, two minutes from bus and rail station but smaller than expected, dark and dingy. Lighting was not good and front door jammed and did not fully open. There was an unpleasant odour, possibly from the toilet plumbing.

  • The location of the apartment is ideal as it is within walking distances from the main attractions and the bus station! The apartment itself is basic but it had everything we needed. I'll definitely stay in Vanda's apartment when I visit Split in future!
