Newly Remodeled Top Floor Apartment near the Hip Strip & Downtown! Walk to everything including The Wilma and Roxy Theaters, Bernice’s Bakery, Big Dipper Ice Cream, GILD Brew Pub, Kettlehouse Tap Room, Clyde Coffee, Caras Park & the Carousel, Montgomery Distllery, Bridge Pizza, and many other restaurants and shops. One block away from the Clark Fork River Trail System so you can flyfish, watch the Surfers on Brennan’s Wave, or walk to the University of Montana and climb to the ‘M’ for the view

Walking Distance to all that's great about Missoula. Please be advised that this is the top floor and people were shorter 100 years ago. There are some spots with lower ceilings and we opted for a larger tub with a handheld shower rather than trying to cram a standup shower in somewhere.

You will love the cool, funky vibe of the Hip Strip and Downtown Missoula. Bernice's Bakery is always popular as well as Big Dipper Ice Cream. I recommend the Banana Bread French Toast at the Hob Nob Cafe and the retro arcade in the basement of Gild Brewery.
