The location of the apartment is really good, for families but also for young people, the area is full of cool bars and restaurants. Still the rooms very quiet.
The subway is very close, as well as the city center.
The apartment was very clean and confortable, we had everything we needed.
Rosalind and Tino were very friendly and communicative, I would stay with them again.
Alexis and Luisa's father, mother, sister and her daughter were certainly a pleasure to have staying at our house. They were very orderly and quiet.
We would definitely welcome them back whenever they would like to visit Madrid.
Tino and Rosalind
Rosalind and Tino were very helpful and welcoming hosts. They replied to all our emails and were very friendly on arrival. They welcomed a large group of twenty-somethings and were very trusting when others may not have been!
The house is amazing - it is a huge maze of beautiful rooms. Downstairs there is a self-contained apartment: with living area, three single beds and an en-suite bathroom and kitchen. On the middle floor there are two smaller apartments, much more like hotel rooms - they have twin beds, a kitchen and en-suite bathrooms. One has a nice balcony onto the street. All rooms can be separately locked - but the house feels very secure. Rosalind and Tino then have their private apartment at the top of the house.
The location is great - the house is on a fairly quiet street but in the heart of Malasana, definitely one of the funnest parts of the city for eating, drinking, shopping, music & art. It is also less than 5 minutes to two Metro stations on different lines, which means all the tourist sites are easily accessible.
Highly recommended and I would love to stay again if back in Madrid.
Amazing location. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. Tino was a great host... Best experience in Madrid. I recommend for sure.
Beautiful apartments in the heart of Madrid. The place is huge and consists of three distinct apartments. The one on the ground floor has a living room area as well to convene. Each apartment has its own shower/bathroom and kitchenette. Tino was lovely and he met us with free bottles of Spanish wines as it was New Years. The hosts do stay with you in the complex at the very top apartment but that is not a problem as they hallway is away from all the apartments and they keep themselves to themselves. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Recommended.
We were made very welcome by Tino who met us on arrival. We were a party of eight attending a wedding so we took all three apartments and we found the location ideal for sightseeing and restaurants as recommended by Tino. The accomodation was perfect for our requirements .
