Completely renovated home with private beach and waterfront. The water drops off gently making it great for young children. Variety of rafts, beach toys, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal and row boat available for use. Great fishing in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter. Outdoor deck is wonderful for entertaining. Seasonal game room in garage with shuffleboard and more. Located about 15 mins south of Lake Winnipesaukee and 30 mins from Gunstock Mountain. *Linens and Towels now included!*

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire lakefront home, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Enjoy the private beach with gentle lake entry, deck and patio areas, fire pit, BBQ grill, and backyard. You'll also have full use of the seasonal garage game room with shuffleboard, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, row boat, and other water toys. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. The house has a private entrance with a keypad for self‑check‑in, and long‑term stays are welcome.

Other things to note
Linens and towels are included. Please note there are exterior security cameras for your safety and property monitoring. The garage game room is available seasonally. Use of the dock, kayaks, paddle boards and other watercraft is at your own risk; please wear life jackets (some are provided). The shared community pool is open seasonally. Quiet hours are observed in the neighborhood. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Self‑check‑in is available via keypad.
