Our home is 5 mins drive to the city centre, close to the hospital, Hamilton Garden, Waikato River and the lake.

The main house is situated at the back via a private right of way, it gives our guest privacy plus a large outdoor deck facing the garden for your rest & enjoyment.

Cleaning is one of our top priority. All surfaces will be sanitised, bathroom and toilet washed. We will change all duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases and towels every time before the arrival of our new guests.

The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, a living/ study area, a kitchen, a single bathroom and a separate toilet. It can accommodate 6 people max, 2 in the master bedroom on a queen-size bed, 2 in BR two on a queen-size bed and 1 in the single bedroom and another in the living room both on single-size beds.

Allocated work desk and a stationary bicycle.

Please note that the house is installed with a security camera not to compromise your privacy as it is positioned to capture images from the entry only, the camera is used to monitor and provide footage in times of need.

During the winter season, heaters will be provided in each bedroom.

Other things to note
If our home was left in a condition that required additional deep cleaning by our cleaners. An extra $30/hr cleaning fee will be charge.
