Our updated guest house and is available for short term rent. Our property in a very desirable area of Burbank California called Magnolia Park. Property is located in zip code 91505.
The Magnolia Park area of Burbank is a vibrant, attractive residential center with the commercial strip of Magnolia Boulevard cutting through it. The small businesses and shops along Magnolia Boulevard are perfect for fine patio dining and afternoon antique patrols. Magnolia Park is a picturesque suburban thoroughfare that finds its juncture at Hollywood Way and Magnolia Avenue.
Location is within the 3-mile radius of Disney Studios, NBC Studios, Warner Bros Studios, NBC Universal Studios. Burbank Airport is less than 5 miles away. Our neighboring cities are Glendale, Pasadena, Studio City, Hollywood, and North Hollywood.
Bob Hope Burbank Airport is less than 4 miles away. The nearest Metro train station is in North Hollywood (Red Line), about 15-mins bus ride from our location.

Under $70 per night, no extra fee for additional person (maximum 2 adults). Minimum 3 nights stay, maximum 3 weeks (might consider longer depending on room availability).
We receive a lot of inquiries for month-to-month rental, sorry but we are not able to accommodate monthly renters. Our guest house does not have a kitchen nor closet making this space unsuitable for a comfortable long stay.

We try to accommodate special requests - a chair, a fan instead of an a/c, patio chair, put this there instead of there, remove this, change that, etc. Please remember that we are not a 5-star hotel. If you like a 5-star service, please search for hotels nearby . We charge a fairly low price compared to hotels in Burbank and Hollywood. Our space is clean, safe, in good taste, and peaceful. If these are good enough for you then we will both have a pleasant experience. Peace, and one love!
You're welcome to hang out on our deck/patio. You're welcome to use the lounge chairs and table. Enjoy the sun, it's another beautiful day in California!
Interaction with guests
Minimal interaction with guests since guest house is detached with separate entrance. However, we are friendly and always available for our guests - to answer questions or fulfill some special requests. We like to give our guests privacy. Likewise, we ask that you do not intrude on our space/time. Let's be reasonable to each other.
Quiet and safe residential area less than 6 miles from the heart of Hollywood. Burbank is an upscale suburban neighborhood. Easy and free street parking, with permit provided by us.
There is a bus stop a couple of blocks on the main road. The nearest train station is in North Hollywood, about 10-15 minutes bus ride.
Other things to note
- Bring your own toiletries if you are picky. There will be shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel available
- Do not leave a/c running. $10 charge for each day the a/c is left running while you are away.

Guests, please note that we are not a hotel. There will be no daily cleaning person (if you'd like one it will be $20 per day). Please decide based on your strong needs before booking. We appreciate you not giving us a low/bad review because nobody came everyday to clean the room and give you new sheets/towels. Please stay in a hotel nearby if this is what you need.
Linens are changed after every guest (or on a weekly basis for weekly guests). Sheets and towels are washed under "sanitary cycle".
One night rental might be considered depending on availability. $80 for one night (single occupancy), $85 (double occupancy). Please send a separate email request.

We live in a quiet residential area of Magnolia Park. There are parks nearby. Our neighborhood is busy with people walking and running (with or without dogs), families strolling, local community events on Magnolia Blvd.
