Dear all, Please be informed that everything was PERFECT! The location of the apartment is great - you can use public transport to go to the city center. The apartment is perfect and everything was clear and fresh! Next time we will use it for sure! Thanks to Manuela for everything and to her friend!

Manuela's apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped for your stay including very good wifi. The apartment is located in a nice relatively quiet area with some local cafes and shops very near by. To reach the center of Rome is very easy, you just take the number 8 tram which you can get to with a short walk from the apartment, about 5 mins. Although there was some confusion about the location when we arrived and I couldn't contact Manuela everything worked out in the end and we found the place eventually. We were welcomed at the apartment by Manuela's friend Perrine who was very nice and gives you all the information you need to find your way around. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others to stay. Thank you Manuela and Perrine for making our stay in Rome a comfortable one.

Manuela's apartment is a good place to set camp for visiting Rome especially if you are travelling with kids and don't want to stay in one of the crowdy and noisy neighbourhoods in Rome. The apartment is very close to public transport, shops and a couple of restaurants. You can get to Trastevere or the city center very quickly by tram or bus. The apartment looks just like the pictures and has everything mentioned in the description. It has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy you coffee or breakfast. We were greeted by Luna, Manuela's friend, who left us a map of the area showing restaurants, shops, pharmacy near by, as well as a map of the city with all important places to visit and recommendations of restaurants, ice cream and tiramisu. There are one or two minuses to mention. 1. The matress in one the rooms is a bit smaller than the bed frame. 2. The TV did not work, but it didn't bother us much as we didn't have time to watch it anyway. We would gladly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Manuela's friend gave us a warm welcome in the apartment, which is located in a relatively quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Easy to reach with public transport (tram 8), 15-20 min from city centre. Plenty of small shops in the street. 10 min from Trastevere with many nice restaurants. The apartment was clean and just like the pictures. Beds are firm but good (note that they are low). The kitchen is equipped only very basically. Nice balcony where 2-3 people can sit. Good price/quality ratio.

This apartment is as is stated in the advertisement, in a safe and nice area located close to Trastevere and easily connected to the center of Rome with tram 8 (direction Pz. Venezia). Supermarkets are close by. Check-in was performed by a very friendly Italian guy (Carlos). There is a nice Italian restaurant on walking distance (C’era una Volta) but apart from that, not so much around in this neighborhood. Unfortunately, we had a conflict with the host about increasing additional costs. We were unable to agree and this made our first nights not very relaxing. Eventually, upon our return home, Airbnb solved the case.

Response from Manuela:
Hi VERA, you have reserved for 2 people and you're there in 4 people and didn't want to pay the price difference that's not good. The House has a tariff depending on the people that occupy them. everything is written in the rules of the House and its fee. I'm sorry you did not read must be read with attention the House rules so as to avoid these unpleasant incidents.

We had a great time at the Manuela's apartment. The apartment is very clean and cozy. Unfortunately when we arrived (at. 14.30) the person who cleans the apartment was still there, even if the check in had to be done earlier. When I asked if we can have a later check out (for 20€) the host told us that it's not possible, because other guests are coming on our last day. If you have a late flight and you need to leave the luggage, you can find 3 places at the Termini train station (6€ all day). Anyway, the communication was great (even if the host call us with private number) and the place is nice. From the apartment, you can reach the centre of Rome by taking the 8 tram. If you are coming from Ciampino airport you can take the shuttle bus to the Termini train station and then the H line to Giancolonese San Camilo

Everything was superb! It's easy to go everywhere within 10-15 min by walk or with the bus. The apartment is very good, we make the front door in seconds ( not az the other visitors). I will use again in my stays in Rome!
