Interaction with Guests
I interact with my guests as much as possible. I don't reside in the listing but I am just a phone call away. I was born and bred in Dublin and I have a great interest in the City and would be glad to share my intimate knowledge of Dublin with you.
It is an ideal location on a quiet street but still in the heart of the city within walking distance of all of Dublin's wonderful tourist attractions. You are within easy reach of Dublin's most popular pedestrian shopping streets Grafton St and Henry St. or you can take a walk in Trinity College or the cobbled streets in the Temple Bar area with its eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, vintage clothes shops and Arts Centres etc.
The Aircoach from the airport drops you 2 minutes from the Apartment. The apartment is centrally located for walking to all the main tourist attractions. It is an 8 minute bus ride to the city center and the bus stop is only a minute’s walk from the apartment. For those who like to take things a little slower there is access to Dublin's free bikes. The Bike station is within 30 meters of the Apartment.

Patrick emailed prior to our arrival to welcome and make arrangements to meet at the property. He was there to meet and greet and talk us through the heating system etc.
Patrick was very helpful during our entire trip. Very easy to get into the flat once we got there. Got there a tad early but he let us in to drop off our bags. This was our first trip to Dublin and he made us feel very welcomed. He responded quickly to emails when we had questions. We were only there for a couple days but Patrick was gave us some ideas on what to do while we were in Dublin. The listing of this airbnb is very accurate. We went for St Patricks day and the flat was only a 10 minute walk from Temple Bar. Perfect place to be. Close to the madness but far enough away to have your space. Wifi was pretty good in the airbnb. Stronger in living room than in the bedrooms. We were able to get multiple sets of keys. Our stay was very positive and if you are looking for a nice place to stay with four people in a great location, this is a perfect place to go.
Patrick was wonderful. He was so welcoming and accommodating. He was a great host!

Patrick has been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. He knew a lot about Dublin and gave us ideas on what to do etc. The flat is very spacious and central. The beds (single beds) are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
We had a great experience at Patrick's property. It is a very nice flat in a perfect location. Patrick is a great host and helped us out tremendously throughout our stay in Dublin. We could not have asked for a better experience.
