We had a couple of issues when we go there. The place was not clean: dusty, full trashes. The linens were also very dirty. Further one of the showers didn't work and there was construction going on next door. The jackhammer began at 7AM. I notified Patrick of these issues. He immediately responded. His cleaning crew was in the flat the next day. He personally fixed the shower. And he compensated me for the inconvenience. I was impressed with Patrick's customer service but I was disappointed with my stay overall.

Response from Patrick:
I was let down badly by one of my cleaners on this occasion. It should not have happened.

The apartment was well located, a bit of a walk to some areas, but centrally located for public transit. Many good Pubs close by. The apartment was adequate for our needs, a little outdated. The host, Patrick was exceptional. His knowledge of the area was very helpful. For those who have difficulty with stairs, the walk up three flights is difficult, especially hauling luggage.

This apartment was in a great location! It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Dublin. Parking was close and very convenient. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable.

Great spacious place close to bus stops and most of the tourist places. Would stay there in a heart beat. Please be aware that there is a construction site next door, no work going on while we were there, but some of the view is blocked with a plywood barrier. We thought the view of the church would have been great if not for the wood. We were able to show up early and stay, thank you, thank you! With two bathrooms, the location, and access to transportation, this place is great!

Great location to the main sites of Dublin. Communication was easy with Patrick. Please note that no shower gel or body soap was provided. Also, water heater was not adequate for last of three people to take a hot shower, in fact it was cold. Water pressure was also lacking. Toilet paper was only provided in one of the bathrooms and bathrooms were not very clean. One of the bathrooms had a strong odor of sewer smells.
