Interaction with Guests
I interact with my guests as much as possible. I don't reside in the listing but I am just a phone call away. I was born and bred in Dublin and I have a great interest in the City and would be glad to share my intimate knowledge of Dublin with you.
It is an ideal location on a quiet street but still in the heart of the city within walking distance of all of Dublin's wonderful tourist attractions. You are within easy reach of Dublin's most popular pedestrian shopping streets Grafton St and Henry St. or you can take a walk in Trinity College or the cobbled streets in the Temple Bar area with its eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, vintage clothes shops and Arts Centres etc.
The Aircoach from the airport drops you 2 minutes from the Apartment. The apartment is centrally located for walking to all the main tourist attractions. It is an 8 minute bus ride to the city center and the bus stop is only a minute’s walk from the apartment. For those who like to take things a little slower there is access to Dublin's free bikes. The Bike station is within 30 meters of the Apartment.

Patrick was very friendly and helpful . The apartment is located in a very central location and you can reach everything on foot . The apartment is even nicer than the pictures real . We would like to thank Patrick and would gladly come again . Kind regards Melanie
Patrick was a great host! We landed early in the morning and he was able to let us check in straight away as no one stayed there the night before. Met us at the door and showed us around, with a bunch of the famous Irish humour. The place was spacious and clean, with a great patio which was used a lot as the weather was sunny and warm, very unlike Ireland! Close to the city centre and just a block up from the Quays. Definitely cheaper and way more enjoyable than renting a hotel. Once my liver recovers and I'm back in Dublin I'll be staying here again!
Good price and very central for all I Dublin. I was working there so perfect for walking to at James gate. No iron but Pat provided one quickly.
One of our best stays at an AirBnb home! From the beginning, Patrick was very helpful with providing travel information via email and always responded quickly. Patrick even met us at the bus stop and gave us a tour of the apartment. The apartment is located within walking distance to bus/tram stops, as well as grocery and convenience stores. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and my family felt at home. The internet was fast with no interruptions. We really enjoyed the roof terrace, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a pint of Guinness after a long day of walking! I would definitely recommend and stay again when visiting Dublin!!
We had a amazing experience at Patrick's penthouse! The location was great (we only used a taxi one time) and we were able to easily walk to all the "top spots" in the city. Patrick was very communicative, accommodated our request for an early check-in, and we were even able to leave our bags in the building after we checked out so we didn't have to lug them around on our last day. This apartment is also very easy to commute to from the airport, we took a 6 Euro bus and the stop let us off a few blocks from the residence. Patrick was kind and even spent the time to talk about Dublin's best attractions and history (you can tell he is a proud Irish man!)-- we loved meeting him! Everything in the apartment was as described. The space was clean. Each of the rooms have two single beds, but we were able to push single beds together to create a somewhat "double bed". The best part of this place is the terrace--where you can sit outside and enjoy coffee. I think this place is a perfect place if you are looking for a great deal (very well worth the money!)--it's not a luxury apartment, but it has everything you need to have a great time and stay.
I felt secure by the fact that questions I emailed to Patrick were answered almost within minutes after I had sent them. The answers were always friendly, personal and informative. The Apartment lived up to and beyond my expectations. My daughter, granddaughter and I felt like we had a home away from home in the Heart of Dublin. We knew and felt that we could contact Patrick at any time if there were any problems but this was not necessary as everything ( except the weather ) functioned perfectly. The Apartment had the advantage of being very central with everything from places of interest, convenience stores, fantastic pubs, great restaurants, shopping districts and Dublins best fish and chip shop all within walking distance.
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in Patricks Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles machte einen gepflegten Eindruck. Check in hat problemlos geklappt. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein(mehr Geschirr).
