2019-BFN-0007934 - LoHi Guest Suite - 1 BD/ 1BA. w/ private entrance in the basement level of the house w/ kitchenette, living rm w/ TV, Fast WIFI, Work space w/ desk & printer. Great location in the center of LoHi neighborhood, Red Rocks shuttles pick up close by, 2-3 blocks to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, bus stop. 20-30 min walk to Union Station & LoDo. 5 min Uber to center of downtown & RiNo. Quiet & friendly street, parking on street. Potential for noise, you are below others.
The space
Clean and bright basement level, private entry guest suite. 1 Bedroom (Queen bed) and 1 Bathroom with kitchenette (No oven/stove).
Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair dryer, Iron with Ironing board. WiFi, Flat screen TV with Fire-stick including Netflix and Amazon for streaming.
Walk to a variety of hotspots in the LoHi neighborhood. Venture across the pedestrian bridge and you will be in downtown (LoDo), walk to Union Station to catch the light rail or train. 2 minutes drive to access I-25 & I-70. City Bus & Bike rental within a few blocks.
This guest suite is the basement level of our main residence. Unit is completely private, no shared spaces. Entrance is a bit tight and there are stairs to get inside. Please note that there is a potential for noise as the unit shares walls/floor/ceiling with the upstairs unit (your space is entirely private though). We are happy to offer suggestions of our favorite spots in the neighborhood. You will have a large selection of the city's best restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.

We love our neighbors and the close proximity of the homes on our street requires courteous noise levels and respect particularly after 10pm. This street is a lovely spot in LoHi!
