Step into our 1950s back apartment with a funky artist’s vibe, tucked behind our historic grove house in Dunedin. Intentionally retro with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a private backyard with outdoor seating and sun loungers. Admire murals by local artists, including the famous orange painter Steve Spathelf. Perfect for guests who love creativity, color, and playful Old Florida charm.

The space
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in downtown Dunedin. There is a large back yard. I lived here with my husband and 2 daughters for many years. My grandfather lived in the front unit and we took care of him in his 80's and 90's. It is very close to my heart, and I hope that it will be close to your heart too

There is an apartment up front, but you will have the back of the house, driveway, and large back yard to yourself.

Home to the Toronto Blue Jays and Honeymoon Island, Dunedin is Florida's first Trail Town and one of the Sunshine State's top walkable cities. You can spend all day wandering between the marina, restaurants, and galleries and still make the short trip to the beach. Plan your visit to catch one of the town's many vibrant festivals, celebrating everything from arts and crafts to music to dogs. With downtown just a block away, it's easy to get there by foot, but golf cart and bike rentals are also available.

Spend evenings watching the sunset from the marina or make the short drive to put your toes in the sand at Honeymoon or Caladesi Island, consistently rated in the top 10 beaches. Or venture out further—the new Clearwater Ferry Water Taxi will take you to Clearwater Beach right from Dunedin’s marina. Plus, charming destinations like Palm Harbor and the authentic Greek town Tarpon Springs are just a short drive away or accessible by the Jolley Trolley and the Pinellas Trail.

Pools: Looking for a pool and a fruity drink with an umbrella? A waterfront pool and public Tiki bar (18 and up) is 1 mile away with easy access by bike or 3 minutes by car. For families; try Highlander Pool (April-Sept) and a kids' Splash Pad. All just a short 2.5 miles from our cottages. You can also purchase a day pass at The Fenway Hotel and enjoy their amenities.
