The accommodation is right on the beach of Agia Pelagia, A space 70 m², luxury and cozy, with a balkoni- pergola 60m², over the calm and clear water of the bay of Agia Pelagia, which is a natural swimming pool, just at our feet. Can accommodate a couple, or a 3 member family ,(children over 5 years) . The unobstructed view, the privileged location, the sound of the sea, the positive vibes, the decoration, the romantic lighting, the attention to detail, make the stay , a unique experience.

The space
The interior space is 70m² :: a) the main area: bedroom - living b) Kitchen c) one toilet and a shower. The 60m² outdoor area :: veranda with pergola. The doors open completely and the interior space becomes one with the outdoor .There are architectural elements of the Greek islands, and decorative elements from the French country style.What makes this place unique :: a) its location. You go down the white steps of the entrance and you are in the sand. b) it is very nicely decorated as a romantic big suite with a big terrace by the sea

At the first step of the entrance of the house there is a fountain which guests can use when coming from the sea

Other things to note
The apartment is literally on the beach , offers tranquility, relaxation, but also privacy and comfort. Agia Pelagia is a quiet small, safe, friendly place. Going down the white steps of the apartment you dive into the crystal clear water. Two sunbeds, a small beach table, plastic mattresses, and masks for snorkelling are for free for the guests.

Hello, my name is Efi, I born in Heraklion, but in recent years I live more and more in Agia Pelagia because I love the sea and the open horizon.I am interested in aesthetics and quality, creativity, kindness and simplicity. I love dancing. music, cinema, reading, swimming, mixology (I was disigner and owner of a cocktail bar), I love good food and drink, with good company, what the Greeks called Symposium. I have traveled and studied out of my country ,and I think that it is very important to be in touch with other cultures. I believe in what we call art of life, I know how difficult it is, so I wish your stay to offer you a little of this feeling.
