Whether you're looking for a cozy ski hideout, adventure headquarters, or just a great place to convene with friends, our 1974 A-frame is a truly unique experience in Central Oregon. With vintage charm and modern amenities, five meticulously decorated bedrooms, two living rooms, a huge dining room, a pool table, a sauna and a hot tub, this is the perfect house for couples' getaways, celebrations, and multi-family vacations. A short walk to the village, water park, and miles of bike paths.

The space
Our vintage A-frame, coined THE STAY AWAY, is one of the first homes built in Sunriver. Its Wes Anderson meets David Lynch vibes will have you thrilled to explore each room and it's unique interiors. The cabin is a mix of original features, from the custom orange carpet and spiral stairs, with modern updates, like the stainless steel appliances and gas fireplace. Hot tub, sauna, pool table, and bikes round out all the fabulous amenities you'll need. No parties allowed. Visit us on social @thestayaway to check out more pics of the space.

Other things to note
The STAY AWAY is both kid and dog friendly, but we do ask you to be considerate when bringing your furry friends or any young children. While the house's vintage features like the spiral staircase and ladder accessible loft are charming and add to the character of the house, they can be safety hazards for children unattended. Neighborhood highlights

Our house has a special quality of feeling very secluded (on a big lot backing up to range land), while also having fast, easy access to all the best amenities of SunRiver. We are under a mile from the amazing restaurants and shopping in the village, and just steps away from the SHARC, now open from good times year around.

It should be noted that like so many homes in SunRiver, we are near the train tracks, which we hear from a couple times a day.
