My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC.

You have an ocean view from
the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!

The space
It is located in the West Home area of Long Beach. There are wide streets and plenty of parking. You’re a quick walk to the trendy West End bars and restaurants. There is outdoor space for bbq and relaxing. The beach is a one minute walk down the street! WiFi included.

I’m very easy going, quiet, reliable, and helpful. You’ll enjoy having me as a guest or a host. If you would like to go to dinner or an event I have reliable babysitters. All you have to do is confirm it the day before. They charge $15 per hour.
