We would like our guests to enjoy their visit and ask that they treat the apartment as they would treat their own home and leave it as they find it. It is importabt that guests are not disruptive to us or our neighbours particularly if they are coming in or going out late at night. We do not allow smoking in the apartment.
Stayed at Brian's very nice apartment with my family (husband and two kids aged 4&6) and found the place perfect for us. Location was brilliant; a very quiet street with a short walk from the LUAS (15min journey to City Centre) and near to excellent shopping (Dundrum Town Centre). Airfield Estate within walking distance was also a wonderful place to visit. Loved the welcome fruit, milk, biscuits and tea bags. Recommend highly for Dublin visitors!
It is the second time that me and my family stay in Brian's house. Brain is always very helpful and give us all the information.
The house is well equipated and in a wonderful location. The are is very calm and rally close to the Luas station.
My nephew enjoyed a lot our stain in Dublin, he plays a lot with Brian's daughters and other children.
I think is a really good option to visit Dublin.
Thank you, Brain.
It was very nice to staying at his apartment. Particularly location was very good. 2 minutes to the tram station.
I stayed at 1A Taney Park with my wife and daughter for a month during 20 May- 20 June 2015. If we found the listing attractive, everyday of our stay testified to the wise decision we had made. It is a beautifully maintained property in sylvan surroundings in an upmarket area close to many amenities. Brian and Bernie were such thoughtful people that they had kept all kinds of grocery items including tea, biscuits, fruits and mineral water in the apartment. Brian was a great help in suggesting places to visit and always would recommend quick and easy ways of reaching them. Bernie ensured that my wife did not feel bored by keeping an excellent collection of fiction and travel books. Brian and Bernie are cultured, urbane folks who understand people well and given their unobtrusive but genuine ways would help anyone feel comfortable. I have met very few people whose cross-cultural skills are as excellent as Brian's. No matter whether you are from the West or from the East (like me), you'll find 1A Taney Park a superb place to stay. If I have another opportunity to visit Ireland, I'll surely stay at Brian's and Bernie's place.
It is a really nice apartment in a quiet area with access to many amenities - the Luas stop is just 5 minutes away walking, there is also a supermarket and a big shopping center 10 min away. Brian and Bernie were really nice and very helpful. It was a great stay, I would definitely recommend.
Great apartment in a quiet area but just across the road from the Luas stop and only about 5 minutes walk to Dundrum Town Centre. Everything you might need during your stay is in the apartment including lovely comfy beds. Brian was lovely, incredibly helpful with directions, how to get around, where to go etc. Some milk in the fridge was very welcome for a quick cup of tea on arrival :-) Plenty of free parking also. Great stay, would certainly recommend.
