The space
Austin can keep you busy! At the beginning and end of each day your group needs a space to rejuvenate and be together.

Start your day with a coffee or latte from the complimentary Kuerig. Listen to the sounds of nature on the screen porch, or if it's chilly, stay in, light the fireplace and cozy up.

As the day progresses and people are coming in and out, come together in the open living / kitchen / dining / bar, or spread out in any of the other communal spaces:

Outdoor Living Room (screened)
Backyard
Front Balcony
Master Balcony
Roof Deck
Attic 'Bunk' Room w/ Smart TV (parents - this is *your* space to send the kids!)

As the day ends, pour a drink from the bar, light the firepit, enjoy a little Netflix on the screen porch, or take in the sunset from the roof deck or front balcony.

Five separate rooms with one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, there is plenty of private space to accommodate all types of groups. Families can sleep 4 couples in the king and queen beds while children get their own hideaway; friend trips can have private beds for up to 12 (16 with some shared beds). Guests in the master can enjoy a unique his-and-her bath, a jetted tub, and a private balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal, or you can visit one of the dozens of incredible local restaurants that are within walking distance! Mix your roadies at the bar, or walk down the hill for one of El Alma's killer margaritas (HH 7 days week, 3-6pm, just sayin'...).

Sit down to dinner and conversation at a dining table that seats 8 or take your dinner alfresco on the private patio table, which also seats 8. All three TVs have Rokus to connect with your favorite streaming services in case you're in the mood to stay in!

But when you're ready to get out, you're just a short walk away from some of Austin's best attractions with something for every age and interest! Our Guidebook will show you the way!

At dusk, if you're up for crossing Barton Springs Road, head to the hill with a picnic to watch the city light up as the sun goes down (and parents there's a HUGE playground and light-up splash pad there too ;-)
