Centrally located in Redmond's historic downtown neighborhood. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, breweries, & the public library. Under a ten-minute drive from the RDM Airport and Redmond's St. Charles, OSU, & COCC campuses.

The space
Whether you're here to relax, work, or play, we've got you covered- a cozy loveseat to curl up in, a super comfy memory foam bed, a desk and high speed internet, or games and access to a semiprivate out door space. We welcome you to tuck in and live like a local, or simply use the apartment as a place to store your stuff and rest your head in between trips to the top of Smith Rock, The Crooked River, or to the High Cascade Lakes!

The Apartment is an attached unit that is completely private with its own entrance and outdoor areas.

You have the entire studio all to yourself as well as a shade back patio area and sunny side yard.

Other things to note
We have one off- street parking space just for you on the right hand side of the driveway. The guesthouse is straight ahead. Simply input the code to the keypad and make yourself at home!

There is no on site laundry, however, there are 3 laundry mats near by.

Christian and I own a businesses in Bend- The Workhouse, a multi dimensional art space and retail gallery and Café des Chutes, a European inspired Coffee Shop and Bakery. When we are not working, we are generally home bodies. Christian is an artist and Cari, an entrepreneur and writer. We also have a roommate named John, who teaches Graphic Design at OSU.
