As many have said, the location is ideal! Michele was a perfect host, answering questions and queries quickly and thoroughly. The flat is well laid out and very quiet. The only slightly down side could be that the bathroom is on the small side, so that it becomes a 'wetroom' after a shower, and any non-standard needs would be a bit difficult to accomodate (for example, bathing a child or a taller than average person showering). But the flat is otherwise very functional and enjoyable and well served by buses and trams. Michele also provided us with tips and a list of his favourites, which was a nice personal touch!
Our tips to other visitors: there is a supermarket on Viale Trastevere (one floor down) at corner of Via di San Francesco a Ripa (along which there is also nice food shopping in specialty shops). Best cookies ever to be had at Via della Luce 21 in a bakery called Biscottificio Innocenti (no sign outside!)
We loved our stay at Michele's apartment. It was immaculately clean and comfortable for the three of us. The location of this apartment is fabulous. We walked EVERYWHERE! Michele was gracious and thoughtful, consistently responsive to our email queries. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport when we arrived as well as a taxi to the train station upon our departure.
Michele's apartment is very well situated for those who prefer to be able to get out and walk around a city. We were able to walk to many of the major historical sites in Rome (Colusseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain etc) within 15 minutes. It is surroundedby restaurants, cafes, bars etc.
The apartment is well equipped and, for the two of us, we found it very suitable.
Michele is an extremely helpful host, providing lots of useful information and directions for getting about in Trastevere and further afield. He responds very quickly to emails and contacted us early on in our visit (after his initial meeting with us) to make sure everything was going well.

We stayed at Michele's flat in Trastevere and we loved it. The situation is just perfect. A lot of nice bars and restaurants all around and basically we walked to all places. Michele took time to explain us where to go from the flat and was really nice globally.
I definitely recommend the place.
The location was incredible and fantastic value for a place in Rone's very lively Trastevere district. Great local nightlife and dining culture right outside the front door but, as the apartment is deeply imbedded in the building and facing a small internal courtyard, you won't be kept awake by the street culture outside and you can quickly retire from the neighborhood for a quiet evening. The best of both worlds and fantastically priced
While in Rome for two months this summer, I had the pleasure of staying in this great apartment in Trastevere of Michele's. It was wonderful renting from him: he was extremely helpful, and always easily accessible for any questions or concerns I had, and his assistance always came with a smile. The apartment has great space, an ample living room, and plenty of place for storage. You will be thankful after a long day of walking around Rome for the flat's placement on the ground floor, which also meant it never got too hot, even in the summer. Lastly, the location is perfect- the historic center is easily walkable, there is ample public transport around, and of course it is a fun and vibrant, and historic area with much to see, do, and eat. Despite the bustle outside in the evenings, the flat was very quiet and undisturbed. A great place for a Roman holiday - or longer!

My family is in Tourism business since 1968 and our passion is still strong.
My goal is to improve year by year my services and to collaborate with all our customers to better organize their journey in the properties located in the heart of Rome.
The difference between me and my competitor is the seriously in business, the quality of the services, the kindness of my personnel, the availabilities in solving problems linked to the vacation in the flats.
My catchword is “ THE ART OF HOSPITALITY”
