This two-bedroom apartment is part of a larger house that has been partitioned into three private sections. It has its own kitchen, CR, Dining and Living room. The main entrance has a stairwell and is not accessible to those with disabilities or knee problems. This is not suitable for socialite transients; if you believe you are one of them, book a hotel. In addition, we do not accept walk-in bookings. We prefer transients who live a simple, safe, quiet, and clean lifestyle.

The best thing about this place is that you can cook on your own using all of the kitchen utensils and appliances. A refrigerator is also available for storing food and beverages. You must take care of it or else you will be charged. Finally, you should provide your own groceries.

Our neighbors are welcoming, peaceful, and quiet. They are of Chavacano origin. Our front house has two commercial shops, one of which is a pet shop. A car wash and air conditioning repair shop are located on the right side. A private house can be found on the left and in the back. Our neighborhood is fenced in and surrounded by green plants, which keeps us cool all day. The location is completely silent. To make our transients feel at home in another home, we opt for simplicity, safeties, cleanliness, and a quiet surroundings.
