The breakfast was amazing every morning and the staff were the kindest people. The Villa was beautiful and we loved the out door shower. We would love to stay with here again next time.

Beautiful home - just like the pictures! We were the only guests staying there so we basically had the whole place (including the pool) to ourselves. What I really enjoyed: - Really fast WiFi - Amazing king-sized bed with mosquito net - loved it! - Peter allows guests to us…

Thank you Liezel for your review- much appreciated, however we need to clarify your mention of quote: "In my opinion, what they charge for breakfast is a tad overpriced for what is served (simple American breakfast - fruit, coffee, bread, eggs any style). I'd recommend eating out which will be a better deal for a much more interesting meal." In fact we charge between US$8-$9 for a Full American Breakfast consisting of Fresh Tropical Fruit Juice, Fresh Fruit Platter, Cereals, Fresh French Baguette, Eggs any style/Vegetable Omelette served with Bacon, Mushrooms and Tomatoes. All served with freshly brewed Bali Coffee and a choice of Teas. A similar breakfast in the area will cost you anywhere between US$12 to $27++.For guests on a budget we feel it is a pretty good deal. The lizards you refer to are common to the tropics, they are known as Geckos and are totally harmless. The Balinese believe they are the sign of "a happy home". As for the heat, well that's life in "the tropics".

Peter was an amazing host, and his staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a small request at the beginning of my trip regarding airing out my room (the teak furniture had just been oiled), and Peter and his staff immediately responded to my request and remedied the situatio…

Thank you Jackie for your great review. I just wanted to clarify to future guests your comments " slightly off the beaten path”. In fact, the Villa is situated in the heart of Seminyak, and certainly not “off the beaten track”. We are lucky enough to be one of the only Villas left (in “busy” Seminyak) that have a magnificent 200-acre rice paddy view. With all the surrounding Villas, security is excellent, and has never been an issue, especially for guests on their own (as was your situation). The Beach, Restaurants, Clubs and shopping, are all within easy walking distance.

Our stay at Peter's Villa was spectacular, I only wish we had booked it for our full stay in Seminyak instead of only two nights. The villa only has a couple of guest rooms so it was like having a private villa experience staying in his main guest room, which opens up directly to…

Thank you Sierra for your 'great' review. It was an absolute delight to have you and Emerald with us. I apologise for the so called "creepy crawlies". Actually they are Gekos (a small lizard that sticks to the wall). They appear at night to eat the insects. They are totally harmless, and very friendly and good natured. The Balinese people claim that a house with Gekos in it (and the surrounding area), is the sign of a safe and happy household, and also brings good luck. We all (and the Gekos) look forward to seeing you again soon in Seminyak, Bali.

Peter's villa, 'Toman Toya' was a beautiful oasis in the often times craziness of Seminyak. Although a bit of a walk of a walk to get to the main road, once you are there you are close to everything and transportation is very easy if you do not have a scooter. The staff working w…

Peter was a gracious host and his staff was lovely. The pool was meticulously maintained and had beautiful flora and artistic touches (we really like the wraparound koi pond). Peter offered great advice and we enjoyed socializing with him and his driver Putu. Thanks, Peter!
