About this listing
You will be staying in my artist's loft in the heart of the Massachusetts Avenue Cultural District. There are over 10 bars and restaurants within a 2 block walk. Cute boutiques and shops are just steps from your door.
You get your choice of:
1 full-sized bed/private bedroom with double occupancy OR
1 bright & airy twin bed/ private bedroom that opens to the balcony
NOTE: This is my private home, so I am usually onsite in the evenings and sleep in the other bedroom. Whitney the mellow cat lives here as well. During the day, I am working in my art studio nearby but am close enough to attend to whatever may come up. If you require the entire condo for your party, please note that in your initial inquiry and I can quote you a separate fee.
Please view all the photos carefully--there are stairs! Some actually love this as it reminds them of past European trips. My Parisian guests laughed at me because there are so few steps compared to their flats. (Yipes!)
There is one bathroom (but Italian granite/tile makes it worth it!)
Breakfast (coffee, tea, baguette, yogurt/fruit parfaits-this varies)
Transport to and from the airport available
Starbucks across the street
Grocery store outside back door
The space is just under 1000 square feet
Clean linens and towels provided.
Parking space may be available, otherwise this is a perfect
place for those who don't need a car, I can usually
ferry you where you need to go--especially handy for conferences.
There may or may not be a cat on the premises, sometimes she likes to visit her country cousins.
Fantastic balcony cathedral views. Really. It's stunning at night.
I will be available most all the time for questions about Indy, locations, best bars & restaurants, etc. but I'm also savvy enough to know if you like your space. :)
Don't hesitate to use me for Indy info. I've lived here since 1989 and in this neighborhood since 1997.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. No swinging from the ceiling fans. Whew. That feels better now.
