Cozy private guest room attached to our townhome in Portland with its own entrance, bathroom, and small balcony. Includes king bed, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Clean, simple space, ideal for resting after exploring the city. Located in a safe neighborhood near downtown, PSU, OHSU, cafes, and transit. Free street parking (1 car, permit provided). Pet-free home. We live on-site and are happy to help if needed.

The space
Welcome to our simple and cozy guest room. We’re happy to share this space with you. The room is attached to our townhome, and it has a private entrance, private bathroom, and a small balcony. It’s a comfortable spot to rest while you explore the city.

Inside, you’ll find a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, and a basic, setup with everything you need for an easy stay. It’s not a large or luxury space, but it’s private, and a good place to relax and recharge.

The private bathroom has a tub and shower combination. We provide fresh towels and basic toiletries so you can settle in comfortably.

We also include a few simple conveniences:
• Fast Wi-Fi
• Smart TV with streaming access
• Mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker
• Coffee and tea
• Easy self check-in with lockbox and keypad

The small private balcony is a nice place to enjoy fresh air, morning coffee, or a quiet moment during your stay.

Parking is free on the street, and we provide a permit for one car. Please note the street is narrow and not suitable for large vehicles like trucks or trailers. Once you arrive, there are no stairs to the suite, so getting your luggage inside is easy.

We are in a residential neighborhood close to downtown Portland. You can walk to Portland State University (PSU), OHSU, the Portland Art Museum, the waterfront, cafes, food carts, and more. Public transit is about a 5-minute walk downhill, and the streetcar is also nearby. Just keep in mind there is a bit of an uphill walk when coming back from transit.

This is a pet-free home due to severe allergies, so we are unable to host any animals. Thank you for understanding.
