Fully modern and new private space in my charming carriage house. It has all the amenities you would need to enjoy and explore the beautiful city of Indianapolis. If you are here for work or pleasure, it is perfectly located and easy access to all Indy has to offer so come and explore Indianapolis and all it has to offer.

The space
This a great space about 520 square feet with four sky lights and 15 feet cathedral ceilings throughout the entire space. It has a great open feel. It is located above the garage with an exterior private stairs on the south side. This has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need to make a great meal.

Guest access
Fully private space that is furnished with full size appliances to include stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

Other things to note
There is street parking only located on Polk Street for easy access to the Carriage House through the alley.

The main bed is a memory foam and temper-pedic.

The Sofa Bed is frameless, memory foam and temper-medic.

42" Flat Screen Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu and Vudu.

Highspeed WiFi

You will be provide with all of your linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. If you forgot something, please let us know - there are either extras in the main house.

Private desk area in main bedroom with comfy office chair and overhead lighting for all of personal and business needs.

This is self check-in with keyless entry. You will be provided with your own unique code the day of arrival.

The Carriage House equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. There will be laundry pods and dryer sheets available.

Neighborhood highlights

It is located in a very charming historic neighborhood named Cottage Homes (http://cottagehome.info/) We are in walking distance to Massachusetts Avenue, one of Indy's hot spots for restaurants, shopping and night life. There is access to several public trails to include Cultural Trail, Monon Trail and Poags Run. If you enjoy a good run, bike ride or a nice walk these trail systems are only a short distance from the Carriage House. If you like to explore local breweries and distilleries, there are several within walking distance. If you like to check out local artists or famers' markets, you can walk over to the Circle City Industrial Complex just north of the Carriage House.
