Somebody will check in here and there to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay.
Mother Nature is just outside the windows waiting for you to come and play. Deer roam freely through the yard, as do the growing flock of turkeys. listen for owls, watch for hawks, notice all the wildlife and variation of plants and trees.
we are in the hills, with views... so a car is a necessity. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes away, as well as easy access to Highway 1, Muir Beach, Muir woods, Stinson Beach, Marin Headlands with WWII army barracks and missile silo locations, Marin Mammal Sanctuary, Rodeo Beach, and of course, 10 minutes in the other direction to San Francisco and all the world class dining, arts, shopping, culture, more beaches, alcatraz... just to start the list of great things to experience!! Our retreat is located a quick 10 minute drive over the golden gate bridge. This historical vacation destination for escaping “city life” has become the chosen land. The journey across the Golden Gate Bridge (GGB) itself is memorable. Views of sf bay, the pacific ocean and rugged coast line are lovely. And they are ever changing with the tides, winds, fog, sunshine & shadows of the iconic towers.
Marin is beautiful! and 10 minutes to San Francisco! Enjoy Mother Nature at her Best during the day, then head to the city for an eventful evening. Have the best of both worlds!

*Refundable Security/ Damage Deposit of $1500 is due following reservation confirmation to owner/ rental agent . A credit card hold may be an option, where the credit card is verified, but not charged.
*Within 1 week following acceptance of the payment request, Guest will provide the names and valid IDs/ passports of each person to be staying on the property in this agreement. Only these persons are to be on the property. Rental Agent must approve all persons allowed to rent the residence and be on the property.
* Cancellation Policy- Reservation cancellations more than 60 days in advance of arrival will receive full refund, 60 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% reservation fee, 30 days prior to arrival will incur 50% reservation fee, 14 day cancellations will forfeit the full reservation amount.
