  • A very nice place to stay. While it doesn't look like much on the exterior, inside the accomodation is roomy, clean and very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen also. Joe and Bella were very easy and pleasant to deal with. The location was very convenient, about half-way between where my conference was and downtown Austin. I would certainly stay here again if I were to revisit Austin.

  • This is my second stay with Joe & Bella, and I will continue to book with them!

  • We loved our stay in this cute little house! Great location! We did not realize there were other units within the house so we were surprised to hear other people talking occasionally. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and we would gladly stay again.
    Thank you!

  • I had a great time in Joe & Bella's lovely place in Austin. The location could not have been more perfect, and everything was clean, convenient and super cute.
Communication was also very fast and efficient.
Would love to come back to Austin and stay here again, I highly recommend it!
Thanks again for a great stay.

  • The Millers' house is a fantastic stay in Austin. It's location in South Congress is awesome. It's walking distance from a bunch of great restaurants and bars and an average of a 10 minute drive from all the must-go areas of Austin. Joe and Bella's welcome packet was extremely informative about both the property and the neighborhood so there was no confusion about check in/ check out procedures or the workings of the house. The space was neat and clean upon arrival with fresh towels in the kitchen and bathroom. In the cabinets there was all of the tools anyone would need to make a nice home cooked meal while on vacation as well as enough dishes and place setting for friends. It was the perfect home away from home. So nice to come back to after a long day of touring the city. Will definitely stay here again if I make it back to Austin!

  • This was our second stay with Joe and Bella. Their place was immaculately clean, well appointed and in a great South Congress location. They are fabulous hosts-very responsive. On Thanksgiving day there was a problem with the heat and Joe and Bella were on top of it and fixed it that day. We were very grateful for their attention, particularly since it was unseasonably cold in Austin. We would recommend their propery and we look forward to our next stay with them,

  • Amazing experience! Joe's and Bella are the perfect hosts.
Their place is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Quiet and well located. I loved spending a week there and I will book it again next time I'm in Austin. Thank you Joe and Bella!

  • Nice, spacious place. The bar at the end if the street is pretty cool.

    October 2013
  • I stayed in their apartment for a week and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had a lot of character with a fully stocked kitchen with regard to utensils, comfortable bedroom and a great living room with a huge television to enjoy. From the first full day, it felt very homey.
As well as this, both Bella and Joe were extremely helpful and answered all of questions very quickly.
All in all I cannot recommend the apartment enough. It's perfect for a couple, and is in a fantastic location, on a quiet road, minutes from the hustle and bustle of Austin.

    August 2013
  • Home was ok. It was tidy but could have been cleaner. One morning we could clearly hear through the bedroom walls others talking in the attached apartment which made it feel like we didn't have much privacy. Joe was great at communicating and we appreciated the welcome package with important info. Being New Yorkers we opted not to have a car and thought it was very easy to get around via public transit. The buses ran pretty well and the stop was very close to the house. The home was close to everything you wanted to be around. Thanks.
