The Nest is a 398-square foot tiny home nestled in the woods within a gated, tiny home community called Little River Escape. This cozy home was purchased by Frank and Jeanie in the summer of 2019, but Emmye and Seth, Airbnb Superhosts, provide outstanding hospitality for guests. Amenities onsite include hiking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, & fishing.

The space
The Nest is on a 3/4 acre lot that includes a front porch and fire pit and grilling area. The Nest sleeps 6 with a full-size bed, a set of bunk beds, and two twin beds in the loft. There is a Roku TV, DVD player, WiFi, games, books, and a well-equipped kitchen. WiFi calling will allow most to get cell service, but there is no guarantee. There are a host of wondrous parks nearby to explore including DeSoto State Park and Falls (AL), Cloudland Canyon State Park (GA), and Little River Canyon (AL). Explore the quaint town of Mentone, AL, just a few miles away, check out the view at Brow Park, and make a reservation at the Wildflower Cafe to experience food that will have your taste buds watering weeks after and live music most weekends. Chatanooga, TN, and Ft. Payne, AL, are a short drive away.

Seth and Emmye are super hosts for local tiny home Air BnBs atop Lookout Mountain Georgia and Alabama. In 2018, we went on an adventure to scope out where we will plant our roots for our first stages of life. The Nest was the first tiny home we stayed in and made us fall in love with this area, community, and a new concept of living.

Emmye was hired as the sales and marketing manager for Little River Escape Tiny Home Community and wanted to create an opportunity for others around the world to experience this new way of life. Going tiny has been the most freeing journey. Our own personal tiny home has given us a new beginning, a home, and an unforgettable experience and life.

We hope to meet you when you stay in The Nest, the Cricket By The Creek, the East Fork Cottage, Where the Little River Runs, the Royal Iris, the Blueberry Bungalow, Crooked Tree Cabin, Woody or the Turtles Nest since we also live right near to all the rentals!
