Beach Staycation Executive Luxury Flat, a 180° panoramic view of the glistening Indian Ocean and Colombo's developing coastline. The flat is approximately 15 mins to downtown Colombo and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment building offers access to a small gym, a rooftop pool - as well as 24/7 security. Our two-bedroom, three beds - suited to Family with up to 3 children, King Bed, Queen and loft single bed. Fully furnished and is cleaned professionally before you arrive

The space
Kitchen is fully kitted with the equipment needed to cook a home-cooked meal, including kettle, toaster, coffee machine Senseo Coffee Pad model, pans and ample cutlery. Salt, Sugar, Tea is provided. There is ample storage space for clothes and accessories and all beds are designed to store full-sized suitcases underneath to ensure a seamless home-away-from-home experience (we don't believe in living out of a suitcase while traveling). All of the furniture is hand-crafted raw Teak done by a local carpenter. (please help us to maintain his beautiful craftsmanship by using the coasters provided!). Some essentials provided upon arrival, including, some toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & towels.

Our Mt. Lavinia neighborhood is peacefully quiet on the weekdays and depending on the occasion there is always the buzz of music to be heard in local restaurants and bars on the weekends. We are situated a 10 minute walk away from a local supermarket, and anywhere can be reached by tuk-tuk or Uber (we recommend downloading or using Uber in Colombo, every ride costs approximately 4 pounds).

    We are a family who spent most of our lives in Asia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and since 2012 have been traveling to Sri Lanka and fell in love with the country and the people. As you can see the flat is a real home with a taste of luxury. We leave basic food items that you can add to or replace so that you feel more at home. So far guests have loved the flat as much as we do.
