About this listing
We think that you will love our cottage and backyard. We have a 1969 "Glamper", and please feel free to use the fire pit by it. Or, just ask for the keys, and you can enjoy sipping your coffee while sitting in the Glamper.
The cottage features a working vintage 1960s jukebox and Grandma's kitchen table. It's just like "stepping back in time" when you stay with us.
Just let us know if you need anything! :)
Are you looking for a comfortable, cozy cottage (with all the necessities) in the historic part of Colorado Springs? The views of Pike's Peak and Cheyenne Mountain are spectacular!
The one-bedroom cottage is located in the historic heart of Colorado Springs and within walking distance (or a short drive) of comfy coffee shops and one-of-a-kind gift shops. Of course, the views of the mountains are breath-taking!
The cottage has one bedroom (full size bed), one bathroom (with shower), kitchen (even the Crock-Pot is available!), and living room (with a queen-size sofa sleeper). Best of all, there is a working, vintage juke box in the living room.
The cottage has been lovingly decorated with vintage family furniture which includes Grandma's 1950s chrome kitchen table. As you can imagine, Grandma served many delicious homemade meals at this table!
Come stay with us, enjoy your stay in Colorado Springs, and become a part of our family.
Best of all, Grandma's special cookies are waiting for you upon your arrival!
Please enjoy our entire property.

I am an elementary school principal, and I have the best job in the world! My hobbies include playing the piano and trumpet, being an amateur (ham) radio operator, and visiting with my grandchildren. I am very much a "people" person, and I enjoy building relationships.
My favorite book of all time? Tuck Everlasting.
My daughters, Holly and Lisbeth, help me with my Airbnb reservations, and they love company, too! :)
I guess my life motto would have to be our school's motto: If it is to be, it is up to me.
Each day is a beautiful blessing! :)
