Modern kitchen has new energy efficient appliances plus a wine cooler, microwave, oven, dish washer, coffee maker. Includes all kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates/cups. Cabinets fully stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, spices, and etc.

Guest access
The entire home is accessed by a smart lock with new code generated for each guest. Parking up to 4 cars in the driveway at the front of the house. An Elon Musk signed Tesla charger is provided at the front.

Other things to note
Desert winds come and go. It can get very windy in the area especially in the evening. We recommend taking care of secure personal belongings, furniture cushions, etc during wind/rain or when leaving the home for any period of time.

This is a high desert area, deer, rattlesnakes, bats and other wonderful creatures that should be observed with respect and caution.
