This is not exactly a child friendly environment. I have so many pretty, breakable things out and accessible that small people will find irresistible that you may not be able to relax, but if you are able to keep a close eye on your child(ren) then everything should be okay.

No cooking just microwave heating, toasting in the toaster, boiling water, and assembling, light use of refrigerator is acceptable too.

No food should be stored in your room and eating should be done at the dining tables in the house
.
No candles or incense are to be burned in your room, ever.

Please use coasters or glass tops of tables for drinks and hot plates rather than wood surfaces directly.

NEVER leave appliances unattended. If you leave the house make sure everything is turned off.

Always hang wet towels in the bathroom to dry, NEVER hang them on the furniture or leave them on the bed.

**For a longer stay other arrangements can be made regarding use of the kitchen.

* Any additional guests must be authorized by the host. All accommodations are offered to booked guests only, unless arrangements have been made prior to your stay for the arrival of additional guests.

Use of the Washer and Dryer is available. I offer laundry products at a per load fee of $1.00 per product. I don't charge for the use of the machine. It is pretty much on the honor system and you leave your money in my container for what you have used. Use of High Efficiency (HE) product ONLY in my machine if you have your own products.

*** Please be mindful as you are visiting our Golden State that we are in a crisis drought, our reservoirs are 83% below normal and we have not had rain of any consequence in FIVE years. Please help us all get through what we hope is not a permanent situation and keep water flowing to our taps while we wait for the rain to return. To this end please keep your showers short (ten minutes or less), turn off the water as you are brushing your teeth, and fill the sink when you shave to save water. I thank you and I know Southern California thanks you.

It was a lovely experience to stay at Suzan's place! The house is located at a quiet and convenient neighbourhood, i love the colourful walls in different rooms with a lot of lifetime staffs and for that you should obey the rules to help Suzan to maintain them. I'm a bit afraid at first because there are two dogs in her house but they are lovely, no need to be worried. It was a pity that we didn't have time to relax in her garden, but i will come back SOON. :)

Suzan's house is located at a convenient and quiet neighborhood. You can almost reach any scenic spots within 10 minutes drive. And it is also close to groceries. Suzan's house is well decorated and it's really lovely. And you should obey some rules to help her maintain the house. Anyway, it is quite a good experience to stay at Suzan's house.

Thank you for your feedback, yours is the first time I have had an issue with tidiness I will take a look at that for sure because it is something that is very important to me. As for the private bathroom, it is clearly called out in my listing that it is shared, so I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding on your part. Thanks again for staying at my place. Regards, Suzan

I am an outgoing, creative person who is also a great hostess. I love meeting new people and find that to be the best part of being an AirBnB host.

I wrote the above introduction six years ago when I started hosting and it is still true today, I enjoy hosting immensely. But, what I did not know then, is that being a host is a life enriching experience because of all the great people who have come into my life since I took that early leap into the shared economy. I have learned a lot about my city that I share with my guests and I have made many wonderful friends. Maybe you will be the next one!
