This unit is not on the water. Welcome to our bungalow just steps away from beautiful Lake Tahoe sandy shores. Located in a Lakefront complex with a private beach & pier to enjoy the beautiful sunsets & sunrises. Our cute studio end unit has a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchenette, queen bed & private bathroom w/shower. Don't delay book your ski trip- short drive to Northstar (14 minutes). Swimming pool for summer enjoyment, restaurants & shopping nearby. Franciscan Lodge! Unit 49.

The space
Homeowners have a meeting on the Fourth of July and it is very loud so we don't recommend renting during these dates unless you are OK with the extra curricular activities and noise.

Parking:
We are allowed one car parking and one guest parking at the condo at all times. Guest parking is limited.

Pool:
hours is 10am to 8pm there are occasions when the pool has to close early because of lightning.

This is a county Rule:
No gathering outside after 8pm- the front door area shares a hall with another condo and noise can travel.

4th of July Block Party I am told is very loud- consider other lodging for this weekend.


AC:
It's not central and is connected to a outside window for venting. It works really good tho.

The Franciscan Lakeside Lodge unit 49- this unit is across the street and is privately managed.

This is privately managed and but the front office is there to help.

Guest access
There is a key box on the front door. Once you book our home airbnb shares the lock box code the day of arrival.

Free Internet at both the summer pool and beach.

-Check in at 4pm. and check out at 10am the cleaners usually can wait 15 min if you are running late.
-This is a quiet, primarily residential street - no parties, gatherings, or events allowed! Violating this rule will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay, and you will be removed from the property. A good rule of thumb is to keep the maximum occupancy (day or night) pretty close to what's on the reservation. Having a couple friends over for dinner - not a problem. Having your 30-person extended family over for a barbecue - not what we are interested in renting this home out for. We ask that you please read the full listing text to make sure the place will work for you. We are not able to offer refunds after check-in for guests who simply missed something in the listing.
- Guest agrees to assume responsibility for transportation to the property. Inconvenience caused by weather, disruption of utilities, or winter road conditions may occur at times in snow and mountain country and do not invalidate this Vacation Rental Agreement, nor will these circumstance warrant any financial compensation.

We love Airbnb and value hosting you and your groups - let us know if we can make your visit more enjoyable! I own my real estate company with my wife, Roxie. We love to ski, ride our cruiser mountain bikes (mine's a vintage stump Jumper), and road trip/camp in our Sncro VW Vanagon (one of our best road trips was from Tahoe to the Vancouver Olympics in 2010). I am an Olympian (my teammate Bonnie Blaire corrected me "never former, never past..") My pal Tomba took the golds that year in Calgary.
