Come alone, with family or stay w/ friends in this 2 level, 2 bd (king + queen), 2 full ba + queen mem foam sofa bed. Smart TVs, gas fireplace, rain shower, lndry, dishwasher, wifi. Experience the nostalgia of the original barn wood throughout & take in the view outside that surrounds you. 1 min to town, 6 min to slopes! 2 nt min.

The space
Amazing location! This is one of five residences in a multi-level, fully renovated 1880's barn. Using some of the original barn wood aspects but completely transitioned to this uniquely Modern Farmhouse Loft, the Kerouac was designed and preserved with it's own distinctive characteristics. Original barn wood structure and framework is outlined along a wall of large windows that bring in an abundance of natural light. The original barn wood structure has been left exposed in little areas throughout the space and has also been repurposed in various locations. All of the 5 spaces include parking, separate entrances, decks &/or patios and deliver all the benefits of an exclusive get away yet close to everything. Your vacation loft is located directly across the creek from Tim Hortons, Steelbound Brewery & Distillery, a 1 minute drive into the Village and a 6 minute drive to Holiday Valley & 4 minutes to Holimont Ski Hill & Resort. Other nearby activities include tubing, cross country skiing, bowling and don't forget a walk right out your door into the woods (with your coffee) and you are less than a minute to your selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Full kitchen (includes stove/oven/ microwave/coffee maker/electric tea kettle/Hamiliton Beach blender/toaster/ dishwasher/full-sized fridge/all utensils & pots and pans) Full bathroom with bathtub/rainshower combo + full bathroom with shower in master. Dinning area across from living room with brand new 44” smart Roku TV, cable included. Gas fireplace, smart energy efficient front load washer/dryer + tankless water heaters. First bedroom includes a queen sized bed with Beauty Rest mattress & Smart Roku TV. Master suite includes a King sized bed with smart Roku TV. Includes 3 parking spaces and also has an outdoor back deck area that has a view of the open space beyond your stay.

Unit #5 & #6: both 2/bed/2bath+ memory foam sofa sleepers are accessible & have their own entrance from the front facing the road. Unit #5 is on the Tim Hortons side & Unit #6 is on the slope side &. They are ranches and also have an entrance in the rear with their own cement patio area. Each have 3 parking spaces in the front.
Unit #7: 3 bed/3 bath + memory foam sofa sleeper + 1 triple bunk + 1 double bunk sleeps 13. Also has an entrance facing the slopes accessible along the stairs on the left side of the building (slope side). There is also a sliding door entrance facing the pond including a deck area. This unit has a beautiful view of the slopes and is a 2-story luxury unit fully packed with everything you need and a little more! Can be combined with unit #8
Unit 8: #1 bed/1bath + memory foam sofa sleeper also has an entrance & deck space facing the pond in the rear accessible along the stairs on the right side of the building Tim Hortons side. This unit has a beautiful view of the slopes and is a 1-story economy unit fully packed with everything you need. Can be combined with unit #7.
Unit #9: 2bed/2bath + memory foam sofa sleeper has an entrance facing the pond in the rear accessible along the stairs on the right of the building Tim Hortons side. This unit has a beautiful view of the pond, vaulted ceiling and is two-level with one bedroom downstairs and one up. Includes 3 parking spaces.

That pic was taken of my dad and I when we were traveling throughout Ireland a few years ago! Brandon (my other man) & I are lovers of travel, anything adventure & outdoors, cycling, ice hockey and animals. We are bee keepers and rehabbers. We spent 4 years tearing this old building down, rebuilding it and in-between we discovered an old barn with a lot of character. With some grit and a whole lotta help we spent many days & nights piecing together around the integrity of the original structure. At a few points we thought about burning it, some days I wanted to call Joanna Gaines and ask her "how the heck do this"? Then there were the thoughts of just walking away but, we pushed through. It's not perfect, but it's pretty darn close... and such is life. We hope you are traveling with someone you can take time to really enjoy the moments with and make amazing memories with in our labor of love.
