Relax from your desert adventures in this beautiful corner unit located in Rim Vista Village, just a 7 minute drive to downtown Moab. The spectacular recreational area around Moab is world-renowned for its hiking, rock climbing, off-road vehicle opportunities, mountain biking, golf, white water rafting and dark sky viewing. We are located only 6 miles from town and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The all-season Moab area truly offers something for everyone!

The space
A whole house condo is a better alternative (and probably less expensive) than staying at a Moab hotel. Guests have access to the entire 1,562 sq. ft. condo and Rim Vista grounds including the pools, hot tub, playground, tennis and basketball court.

The patio is perfect for outdoor grilling and dining. The 2-car garage is a great place to store your outdoor adventure toys. We provide bike stands and helmet storage hooks for your use. We provide lots of pool toys for the little ones. Large, soft pool towels are also provided for everyone. There is plenty of on-street parking for your trailers. There are maps of Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands located in the garage to help you plan your trail or driving activities. A cooler is available to carry your picnic supplies on your adventure.

The townhome is located 6 miles south of the center of Moab.
20 minutes to Arches National Park entrance.
45 minutes to Canyonlands National Park.
5 minutes to Moab Golf Course.
50 minutes to Dead Horse State Park.

The condo is a 4-hour drive from Salt Lake International Airport and a 6-hour drive from Denver International Airport. Grand Junction, Colorado is a 2-hour drive. There is a regional airport near Moab (CNY) that is about 30 minutes from the condo. Currently United has flights to CNY.

Other things to note
The pools are generally available to guests from mid-April to mid-October. The hot tub is generally available for guests from mid-February to December 1st. The pools will be closed for construction June 7, 2026 to June 17, 2026. The hot tub is being replace and will be closed June 7, 2026 until Labor Day.

Rim Vista Village is in the final stages of development and there may be daytime construction noise near the condo. They are usually finished by early to late afternoon so there shouldn't be any construction noise in the late afternoon or evening.

Occasionally, personal items are left behind at the condo. We make a good faith effort to get those items returned to you. There will be a $20 fee plus the cost of postage requested through the Airbnb platform. We encourage guests to take a few minutes during check out to look in closets and drawers for any items that could be left behind.
