Relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine from your private rooftop patio in Tucson’s beautiful Civano neighborhood. This cozy 462 sq ft casita sits above a detached garage and offers its own private entrance, dedicated parking space, and spacious 240 sq ft rooftop patio with beautiful mountain views.

Civano is a great home base for an active Tucson getaway. Enjoy your morning coffee on the rooftop, head out for a bike ride or hike, then come back and relax while taking in the desert scenery.

The space
The casita features a private bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Dinnerware, cookware, basic utensils and coffee supplies are provided for your convenience.

The casita also includes Wi-Fi, convenient keyless entry and a private parking space. A washer and dryer are available for guest use in the downstairs laundry room.

A pool key is available upon request and provides access to the community pools, tennis courts and fenced-in tot play area.

The property also has several fruit trees, including pomegranates, lemons, limes and oranges. When they're in season, you may even get to enjoy some fresh fruit during your stay.

People are very friendly and you are sure to enjoy the neighborhood, trails, and large parks within walking distance. Tucson is well known for its 120 mile bicycle path which runs along Civano as well as Fantasy Island Trails Park for mountain bikers.
