This clean and comfortable rooftop retreat is located in the heart of the Civano neighborhood steps from walking and bike paths, pools, tennis, parks and salons. Private entrance and parking space. 1B/1B with queen bed, kitchenette and living room with gel top sleeper sofa. This cozy casita includes a private 240 sq ft patio to enjoy sunsets & downstairs garden patio with fountain. Located near golf, Tucson's 131 mile bicycle loop, shopping, Saguaro Nat'l Park, Colossal Cave & Sabino Canyon.

The space
Kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, single burner induction cook top, Keurig coffee machine, counter top convection oven and microwave for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, basic utensils and coffee necessities. The casita is equipped with Gigablast Wi-Fi and preferred cable TV channels. The neighborhood pools are solar heated and tennis courts are lighted. There is a keyless entry into the casita for your convenience. There are fruit trees on the property which produce delicious fruit when in season (pomegranates, lemons, limes, and oranges). The fountains create a relaxing and tranquil environment and string lights make it possible to enjoy the garden patio in the evening.
