About this listing
Nice studio, made all new, all equipped, in "le quartier haut", above the port, considered one of the most beautiful places in Sète.
Parking free, and rather easy.
Stationnement gratuit dans le quartier.
The appartment is situated in one of the best places in Sète, above the port, near "Théâtre de la mer", Musée Paul valéry, Paul Valery's "cimetière marin", and the brand new "musée de la mer".
The flat has got no real view but you catch a magnificient view to the sea as soon as you get out, there's no appartment or neighbor's window to be seen, and you will sleep in a very comfortable silence.
Bus stop: 10 meters from home (the small bus that drives up the hill "Saint Clair" and other directions), but you will hear the bus from home.
Parking in this area is free. Only at concert hours in théâtre de la mer can you have difficulties to park, then you have the parking of the museum only 200 meters away.
Link to Sète festivals:
Suggestion: just start on foot from home, you follow the "Grande Rue Haute" where it is situated, and next is "promenade maréchal Leclerc": in 20 minutes you are on the first beaches, le Lazaret and La Corniche, then Villeroy and others.
If you have a car: I suggest wild beaches in this direction (> Cap d'Agde), or in the opposite direction "la plage des Aresquiers" after Frontignan plages.
There are small or bigger concerts all the time in Sète, for instance in "le bar du vieux port" or "chez Lulu", or "le Concept", ....
Exhibitions at "Dock Sud" galery, where you can visit my friend Martin Bez.
Link to museums:
You will have the entire appartment for yourself. I live in the appartment close to the studio, in case.
Internet by cable.
Refridgerator with freezer compartment; washing-machine, coffee machine, boiler.
Please ask if you want sheets, hand towels (included).
Sleeping for two persons on a click sofa-bed.
30 € (to do the cleaning) is charged only if you don't leave the place clean! Thank you ...
Des frais de ménage à hauteur de 40€ seront retenus si l'appartement n'est pas laissé en état correct.
