With just 400 inhabitants, the village is a tranquil place to relax and unwind. There are 2 restaurants in the village, and a small store. A bakery truck brings fresh bread and croissants daily (except Sundays), and stops right by the house. Supermarkets, bakeries and other stores are just a 5-minute drive away.

Originally from Ireland, I lived in Europe and Africa before finally settling in California some 30 years ago. I manage IT for a charitable foundation. In my free time, I love to hike, camp and try my hand at learning new languages. My wife Gwendolyn and I love to travel, explore new cultures, and enjoy meeting new and interesting people on our travels. We also like to watch foreign movies, and listen to live music - especially live jazz in small clubs or other intimate venues. We are also AirBnB hosts, offering stays in our quaint stone house in a medieval village in southern France, and hope to welcome you there!
