This casual, cabin-like 2-bedroom basement unit has a private entry, off street parking, and many recreational options both inside and outside. Enjoy the large backyard for relaxing with a great view of the lake. Access to a fire pit, patio, picnic table, gas grill, and yard games.

Sleeps 6 adults and houses a billiard table, TV, and a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, electric griddle & skillet, air fryer, dishes, serving ware and Keurig. No kitchen range

Lake House Inn is located in Marshall, MO is just off I-70, midway between Kansas City and St. Louis. Missouri Valley College is near along with many restaurants and shopping.
*Fishing license is required and may be purchased off site.
*No life guard is on duty. Water activities at your own risk.

This unit is decorated in rustic cabin-like décor and has a separate entrance accessed from the back side of my house. There is a dedicated off-street parking space. (I live on the upper level, so I am very close if you need anything during your stay!)

Neighborhood highlights

I live in a very quiet neighborhood. Because of this, I do not allow parties and/or excessive noise in the backyard (per city ordinance). You are welcome to have fun and enjoy the beautiful setting, but please be quiet after 10 PM in respect of my neighbors. I live upstairs, so I am easy to reach if you need anything!
