We went on a quick girlfriends weekend to Ashland and stayed at The High Street Cottage. It was PERFECT! Really clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved all the beautiful ceramics and artist touches. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Thanks Mark and Elizabeth for allowing us to stay in your sweet cottage.
Mark and Elizabeth's cottage was just perfect. Great location, very accurately described, bright, clean and delightful. We hope to return someday.
The high street cottage was perfect for our family getaway to ashland. It is cute, cozy and clean with everything you need to feel at home. The property is beautifully landscaped with kitchen gardens, handmade pottery, an amazing outdoor kitchen and a coy pond where Goldie (the 20+ year-old fish) lives. It is easy walking distance to downtown and the Shakespeare Festival. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting a wonderful ashland experience!
we had a fantastic time in ashland and really enjoyed our stay at terra cottages. Mark and Elizabeth are lovely. After a long 30hr trip from Australia it was so nice to be welcomed by friendly faces. The house / cottage is lovely. Fantastic place to stay. Thanks for having us.

The High Street Cottage is a lovingly refurbished 1931 cottage that is tastefully decorated with just enough modern touches to make your stay comfortable and memorable. beyond the 'park and walk to everything' location... the High Street Cottage sits on a great piece of property. Koi pond, Gardens (flowers, herbs, salad and vegetables), decks and patios to relax and enjoy your stay a great laundry facility and a full outdoor kitchen.
