Newly remodeled 3 bedrm home.
Convienient location right off Hwy 58, at the end of a private dead end street. Partiality fenced .75 acres. Lg master suite with French doors that open up to the patio. Living room has pellet stove. A mud room with separate entry. We have a pond fed by a year long creek. Easy excess to the Willamette River and trails that have made Oakridge the mountain bike Capitol of the NW. The house sleeps 6 but does have a sofa bed that can sleep an additional 1 to 2.

The space
Fully stocked kitchen with quality cookware. Dining room table easily seats 6 with 2 leaves that expand to seat 12. Fine China available on request. Large master suite with walk in closet, and French doors that open up onto covered patio. Patio has cast iron outdoor furniture, an extra fridge and a small Traeger barbecue. Small side yard is fenced providing a safe haven for your pets. We provide a bag of pellets for your stay, additional bags will be $6.00.

Guest access
There is a carport for two vehicles. The garage has space to store skis and bikes ( road, mountain and motor), but not cars.
The mudroom has a large sink and drain for those wet and muddy days you can clean up in comfort after your days activities.

Other things to note
It's snowing in the mountains. This home is just 25 miles from Willamette Pass. Forget the lift lines, experience the varied terrain of this small yet surprisingly big resort. Believe me there is something for everyone there from beginners to the most advanced experts. Best of all they offer hour lift tickets for only$15.00, with a two hour minimum. Didn't bring your boards or skis? They have excellent equipment available for rent

The street signs to the house are misleading. Coming from the west you turn right onto Gale st. Drive a short distance and you will see a sign that says Lauren, it appears if you turn right you will be on Lauren but that is not true. Turn right, it's still Gale Street. The house is a short drive on a gravel road. Address is visible on carport post.

Mark and I have lived in Oakridge five years. We retired here because of all the area has to give in the way of recreation and friendliness. Only 25 miles to an underutilized ski resort that offers terrain for all levels, Mount biking extraordinaire, hiking, fishing, all offered up by some of the nicest people we've had the pleasure of calling community.
