This is our Modern Industrial Apartment. Located in a centric part of downtown Mayagüez, minutes from the plaza and restaurants. This is unit #2.2 of the 26 apartments in 5 different buildings. Enjoy the experience of staying at Orange B Living!

The space
The apartment is in a private building that has 3 units just for Short Term Rental.
This unit is a studio apartment made specifically for Short Term Rental. It is intended for 2 guests. We provide a comfortable queen-size bed (medium hardness).
Have in mind this unit is a small apartment. We believe we did an excellent job spacing it out and making it very cozy and comfortable.
The space is not shared with anyone else, you will have private bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, eating area, TV with a small bench.
The apartment is located on the second floor. At night there is great availability for street parking right in front of the building, which is well-illuminated and has security cameras for your peace of mind.
We include towels, toilet paper, sheets and pillows, quilts, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We offer high-speed wifi, smart TV with Netflix, amazon prime video, and other Roku channels with live streaming TV. There is no cable TV in our units (who uses that anyway).
If you need to use our Laundry, we provide coin base machines (6 quarters per load) plus we charge an extra small fee of $3 for detergents. The schedule is from 6 pm until 10 am. The Laundry is located at our other Building OB1 down the street.

IMPORTANT!
Check-in is normally after 4 pm and Check-out is before 11 am. You may request a different schedule with anticipation, as long as it is available/possible. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for early check-in or late check-out.
24/7 LAUNDRY FACILITIES
Embrace the freedom of a 24/7 laundry schedule. Our coin-operated washer and dryer await, requiring just 6 quarters ($1.50) per cycle. Located in our OB1 Building, you will find more instructions on the Airbnb App inside the Manual area.
Other things to note
NOISE & SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT
This property is located in an active urban area. Guests may experience typical ambient noise from traffic, nearby businesses, neighbors, or the surrounding community. In Puerto Rico, it is also common for cars with loud music to pass by occasionally. Noise levels can vary depending on the time of day and other external factors.
To help improve comfort, earplugs are provided, and guests may use Alexa to play white noise.
INSECTS & TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT
Our property is located in a tropical environment where occasional insects are normal, even with regular professional pest control. This is part of island living and is not a reflection of cleanliness. While we take preventive measures, complete elimination of insects is not possible. This condition is disclosed in advance to support informed booking decisions.
SATURDAY CHECK-INS
Saturday check-ins are available only when Friday night is also available, allowing us to properly prepare the unit. We have a two-night minimum stay.
If you are able to book a one-night Saturday stay, this indicates a last-minute opening where Friday night remained unreserved, and you may proceed with the booking.
FRIDAY CHECK-INS
Our self-check-in process allows arrival anytime after 4:00 PM. Please ensure you have opened and reviewed all check-in instructions before Friday’s sunset. If you have any questions, we recommend reaching out earlier in the day.
BACKUP GENERATOR & WATER
While utility services (electricity, water, and internet) are outside the host’s control, the property is NOT equipped with an automatic backup generator that powers the entire building during electrical outages. Most units also have a large on-site water reserve to help maintain service during temporary city water interruptions.
PETS
Orange B Living is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed per reservation, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. Pets may not be left unattended inside the apartment. A non-refundable pet fee of $30 applies. Please be sure to add your pet to the reservation prior to arrival.
