McKay's Market across from the home, Marina a block away, Dining steps away with Bar's and County boat ramp and park 3 blocks away on the Ten Mile Lake's. Shopping, food trucks all accessible in Lakeside. A great little town.

The space
We have a gated driveway with a locking gate to keep your toys safe. Also we are located next to McKay's market and a Marina just a block away with a few restaurants and bars. Great home for large or small gatherings with a huge kitchen and 2 refrigerators and a chest freezer for your overflow items. Ride to the dunes from the home. It is about 3 to 4 miles to the staging area and the dunes from the home.

Guest access
You have the run of the whole house, dock and deck areas.

Other things to note
The water level of the Ten mile creek varies with the winter rain and summer sun. If you want to dock your boats please contact Dena for water levels.
