In 2021, as travel has become more intentional for a getaway from "home" and exploring new areas, we are looking forward to meeting new guests and hosting those who may return to the award-winning Roanoke Valley in Virginia's Blue Ridge. As we embraced the many changes of 2020, we challenged ourselves to be creative and LSN (Learn Something New) each day to better serve our guests. We're open and looking forward to our third year of hosting and what the new year will bring our way. For a breath of fresh air, we suggest taking a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway and make a stop at MP 92.5 Sharp Top Mtn. Overlook and Appalachian Trail section which has been adopted by Trinity Tree Acres Farm. Another discovery and new area for exploring along the BRP is Apple Orchard Mtn. at MP 78.4 Sunset Field Overlook. We’re learning more about the “Golf Ball” tower located on the summit, which can be seen on a sunny day from our farm. In 2019, we determined hosting guests other than our family, friends, musicians, interns, or our kids’ friends is our definition of “downsizing.” We weren’t quite ready to pack up and leave our beautiful blessings of the farm, abundant wildlife, and fresh free-range eggs. Over the past sixteen years living in Fincastle, special memories and new discoveries have been made while raising our son and daughter on the farm. We are looking forward to continuing our next season in life and excited to be able to share with other folks the joys experiencing farm life has brought us. We are blessed to offer 1,200 sq. ft. of cabin-style indoor comfort in a place that offers four seasons filled with adventure, thirty-five acres of convenience, walking trails, and the Great Out Doors! We hope to share Trinity Tree Acres Farm Stay with you on your next getaway! ~ Ted and Debbie
