Our Bungalow is furnished with everything you might need and more! Beautiful hardwood floors support a 'home away from home'.
Nestled in the middle of Coon Rapids, Iowa you will be minutes from everything you need - grocery, shopping, golf, aquatic center, local restaurants and all that Whiterock Conservancy has to offer including trails of all kinds - running, biking, horseback riding and more. Pets are not allowed on property.

The space
Our full kitchen includes a fridge, range, microwave, Keurig as well as all of the utensils, pots and pans you'll need to cook or bake. We even stock some of the basic items for you - seasonings, condiments, etc.
3 bedrooms sleep up to 7 guests
- a Queen bed in the Master bedroom
- a Queen bed in the second bedroom and
- 2 Twin beds plus a Full futon in the finished attic/third bedroom
There are built-in drawers and spacious closets in the master and second bedrooms. They provide the storage room you'll need to make you feel right at home. We also provide luggage racks if you’re only staying a few nights.
Please note that access to the bathroom and third bedroom are through the second bedroom. Also know, the third bedroom/finished attic has a steep staircase.
Our cozy living room holds a 50" TV with a vSee Box featuring over 1,900 channels through Live and Video on Demand options. Books, books and more books outline our built-in shelves.
Complementary WiFi is provided and login details are located in the living room near the House Manual.
The laundry room holds a new washer and dryer and we stock detergent for your use.
We have a wonderfully secluded screened-in patio out back which includes a George Forman Grill.
The backyard is secluded and a great area to relax.
